Return policy

RETURN DEADLINES AND FEES

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen working days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties". You therefore have a period of 14 days following receipt of your package to inform us of your intention to withdraw, and then an additional 14 days from the communication of your decision to return the package.

To make a return, simply contact us at this address contact@modo-e.com. We will send you a return label and you can return the package to us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

If the return deadline is exceeded, we will be forced not to accept it. The customer service will send you an email to inform you that the deadline has been exceeded. If the customer wishes to retrieve their order, they must pay the return shipping costs again.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and carefully packaged.

The items must not be worn/washed/odorless (should not smell of cigarette smoke or perfume). The items must not have makeup marks. As a result, returns of washed and/or worn clothing will not be accepted. Additionally, shoe boxes cannot serve as packaging.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds (if applicable) Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), the refund for your items will be processed, and a transfer will be made, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact the issuer of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@modo-e.com
