Refund policy
RETURN DELAYS AND FEES
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code, "the consumer has a period of fourteen working days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reasons or pay penalties."
You have 14 days following the receipt of your package to inform us of your intention to withdraw, and then an additional 14 days from the communication of your decision to return the package.
To make a return, please simply contact us at contact@modo-e.com. We will send you a return label, and you can then return the package. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
If the return period is exceeded, we will be forced to reject the return. The customer service team will send an email informing you that the deadline has passed. If the customer wishes to recover their order, they will need to pay for the return shipping again.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and carefully packaged.
- Items must not be worn, washed, or have any odors (no cigarette or perfume smells).
- Items must not have any makeup stains. As a result, returns of washed and/or worn clothing will not be accepted. Additionally, shoe boxes cannot be used as packaging.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), your refund will be processed, and the payment will be made within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
