How do I modify my order?
Order modification is not possible. You have the possibility to cancel your order within one hour of purchase. After this period, you will be able to make a refund request to the after-sales service address contact@modo-e.com after receiving the order.
When will my order be shipped?
For clothing and bags (France and international): Each product is made to order, which results in a waiting time of approximately 3 weeks between the order date and delivery.
For bracelets: The order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours
France: 2-5 days
Outside France: 2-10 days
I would like to exchange an item. How do I do this?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If the items are not suitable for you and are still new and in their original condition, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then be refunded and will be able to place a new order online.
How to make a return?
You have 14 days after receiving the item to contact us at the following address contact@modo-e.com, we will send you a return slip and you can send it back to us. It is important to include the return form in the package. After receipt, if the item is received in its original condition, a refund will be made to you within a few days. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Where is my order?
You can track your packages directly here with your tracking number (received by email).
Do I have to pay additional taxes?
For clothes and bags: No, no taxes, customs fees or VAT to pay, everything is included in the price for France and outside France .
For bracelets: No, no taxes, customs fees or VAT to pay, everything is included in the price for France and the European Union.
